Consistent food. 1/17/2011

A good Chinese place that's usually pretty consistent, and the atmosphere/ambiance is great. It shows since this is a national chain, but I'm still glad Baton Rouge has one. Sometimes, the food comes out sloppy. Had the Singapore rice noodles once, and there was too much sauce. Then again, I don't have too high expectations for this place. Overall, a very good place to have some casual Chinese food. more

Best food and service anywhere, CONSISTENTLY!! 7/5/2007

WOW! Under new management OBVIOUSLY!! This location has really pulled it together! Great food and service! I have had some small problems in the past, but they are always concerned and want to make things right! That goes a long way in today's world! Make reservations! You can even call them a few hours ahead of time. If they say they are booked up, just ask for a manager, they usually find a way to fit you in! Pros: Warm inviting atmosphere. They will have carpet soon I am told, which will dampen the background noise! Cons: Acoustics a bit harsh, but will be fixed with their new flooring. more

Not the best in the chain 6/7/2007

There's just something missing from the Baton Rouge location. I think it might be the service which is always slow and pretty unfriendly unless you go during the slow hours. The food has also been a little on the mediocre side during their busy hours. My good experiences here have been only during lunch time when they serve you faster and take more time to make your food well. Pros: Good Chinese food as far as Chinese food goes Cons: Slow service, not friendly more

I enjoy this place 4/9/2007

I really enjoy going to PF Changs. The atmosphere is cool, the service is good, and the food is great. I go different times and days of the week and it's usually packed. Always make a reservation or get there early or you'll have to wait. I recommend this place for fun nights with friends or a romantic date with your signifigant other. Pros: Great food and atmosphere Cons: Little pricey more

Typical of BR 8/20/2006

I love Changs anywhere else but our Baton Rouge location. They just cant pull it together. Every time I go there I have to wait more than an hour for my food (this is after I have waited an hour to be seated). Pros: Food Cons: SLOOOOOOWWWWWWW more
