The lighting and the decorations were nice. The waiters were annoying, talking too much, asking too many questions and would not leave us alone. What makes a great asian dish is the rice, I know this because I am asian, and grew up in a asian home. The rice at PF Chang tasted like uncle bens rice or minute rice, it was clumpy and hard. The plates were not washed, there were pieces of dried food stuck to it and couple of pieces of old rice stuck on the bottom, the waiter went to get the manager and took off the wanton soup off the bill. Just to let you know this is not authentic chinese crusine, it's too fatty and salty but I guess most westerner grew up eating Mc Donalds and this is want they are use. Ingredients does not come close to the real thing, go to a chinatown in a city somewhere if you want real chinese food.
