I don't write many of these but when I saw the owners' response to the first comment, I knew I had to write! We went to my nephew's 4 yr birthday party there - there were older and younger kids ranging from 2 yrs old to 16 yrs old. The kids age 14 to 16 really didn't have much to do but that was okay with everyone because the focus was on the younger children. We had about 3 adults for every child and monitored the pit and the trampoline very closely - if you ever book a party there, plan on inviting at least one adult per child mandatory for safety reasons because one employee for 20 kids is not manageable. Our kids had a great time.
With that said, I have very different comments about the personnel. My sister paid for the party but the girl did not do ANY games with them. We directly ASKED her when she was going to do the games and she said she would not be doing them. My sister is very forgiving and let it slide but I hate it when people take advantage of her generous nature! Anyways, after giving instructions to the guests, the employee disappeared behind the desk during most of the party. The only time I remembered seeing her was during treat time (we offered her some of the cake) and at closing time.
Another thing to remember is that its virtually impossible for them to clean that pit so bring plenty of hand sanitizer!
Overall, we thought it was a fun place for the kids but it was fun because of the facility, and that we had many adults there who focused on safety. Please be mindful of this before you book anything with them!
