I purchased a Dell laptop a few months ago as a birthday present for my sister For school. I bought the present early And Her birthday was a month in a half later when she got it She needed a bigger laptop so We went back to pc richards with the reciept and asked if it can be exchanged because she needs a bigger one and They were very rude to us The laptop was in the original packing an unopened. Its not everyday that this happends. Now were stuck with this laptop. I should of just went to best buy Because i didnt no they cant exchange it. I mean your paying all this money and in this economy this stuff isnt fair. My advice do not shop at this pc richards or any other pc richards Its just not worth it. If you buy something from them your basically married to it its yours forever. more

I had spent over 500 dollars on a Nikon Slr Camera for a Present for my father When he got it on his birthday he opened it and started taking pictures after this he charged it and it woudnt go back on he tried to take the battery out unfortunatly it didnt work. We went back to Pc richards and we told them it wouldnt power on And they said the only thing they can do is send it out for shipping. I mean come on if your paying for something new there should be no problems. Now i learned not to purchase any thing from them The only reason i bought it there is because there prices beat othet stores next time ill go pay that extra 60 dollars and Ill know i can return it and i probably wouldnt have problems. My advice shop online at Amazon because atleast you know it comes from a warehouse and no body used it before. Or even Costco because unless this store you can return stuff even if its opened. And this is peoples hard earned money Things like this shouldnt be defected when your payign that much money and cant even be returned. more

Good: The only thing we liked was the pricing.. Bad: We where sold a lemon fridge after 1 month the refridgrator part all of our food and drinks were icing We requested service and we still have the same problem Now the fridge is it event cold and all our frozen food and food are spoiled and have to be thrown away mean while we requested service and the guy came the other day and was a foreigner who was rude and said that there was nothing wrong with it.. Improvements: I think that anyone should be able to give a refund or an exchange and most importantly the people who are sold lemons. Dont buy from Pc richards Not just this one You cant return stuff You might as well pay a little more money and have no problems with it because atleast you know you paid for it new. more
