Mixed Bag 11/26/2013

Purchased a new Genesis 02/2011. Came from Inifiniti. Previous cars were 2 Infiniti's, BMW, Volvo, Mercedes and Lexus. Car is great but the experince of dealiing with a misleading finance guy and the Huyandiia service processes are so much less than acceptable for a luxury experience. Will return to a true luxury brand at next purchase. Too bad......great car..........they have no concept of how to treat a higher end buyer/owner. more

Not only does my 2013 Elantra ride like a dream...but the service at OH has been fantastic. The entire staff has been very friendly, helpful, and patient with me. My last visit to OH was for my first oil change. Calling to make an appointment was a breeze and my car was finished within the projected time frame. I would recommend OH to anyone! more

From the moment you arrive at Oxnard Hyundai until your visit ends, the entire staff goes out of their way to make your experience a positive one. The service department is truly the best I've experienced in over 45 years of driving. The receptionist is always attentive and waiting to make your stay a pleasant one. The sales staff keeps in contact by phone and also comes out to greet you when you bring your vehicle in for service. This dealership is not only interested in customer service, but has built customer loyalty through customer satisfaction! More dealers should pay attention. more
