12/12/2014 Needed the 30k mile maintenance on my 2011 Genesis Coupe. My purchase dealership is 27 miles away and had been returning to them for 3 years for routine maintenance. But last year had a recall on the Genesis Coupe and went to Oxnard Hyundai, only 8 miles away. Was very pleased with their courteous service advisor and the work performed. Decided to return for the 30k service and a couple of other repairs. Took 5 hours, so was offered the shuttle or a free rental car through Hertz. Enjoyed the rental to do local errands. Hertz people were also courteous. Service advisor J.J. was a delight to work with, personable, accommodating, concerned about my vehicle, made sure I understood all the work, time involved, and costs. The mechanics were very thorough. The Service Manager was also accommodating with discounts. The waiting area is small, not equipped with electrical outlets for personal devices, but offers free beverages (no free snacks like other dealership offer).
