avoid. My gps was stolen by one of the workers and I couldnt prove it so I was out a gps. they are rude on the phone aswell., hungup on me. avoid. the sub-par detailing isnt worth having your valuables stolen from your car. more

I took my 3 month old Kia Borrego into Oviedo Car Wash to get cleaned. I wasn't so upset about the fact that the guy broke my mirror when trying to clean it, but of the attitude he and the manager displayed when they realized it was broken. They actually tried to say that my mirror was cracked when I arrived. I kept telling them that the car is 3 months old and the mirror was certainly not broken when I arrived. I read the signs about how they are not responsible if damage happens to your vehicle...but if the place damages your vehicle, then they should take responsiblity and pay for it. After a heated debate, the manager offered to pay the bill once I get the mirror fixed (my time and effort). Based on his demeanor, I'll believe it when I see it. I would definitely avoid this place and will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know in Oviedo!! Pros: Clean car Cons: Terrible customer service more

Since the new owner took over in March, the service has improved and the staff friendly and accommodating. The owner is always there supervising and working along with his staff. Any complaints are quickly handled and taken care of. I would go back most definitely! Pros: Friendly Service more

I feel bad for the previous person who had the antenna broken, but if they had taken the time to read the signs around, they'd have noticed the multitude of signage stating that the service place was not responsible for that. It is up to the customer to lower the external antennas and remove any valuables from their car. Come on, just use some common sense. Don't you lower your antenna when you go thru an automatic wash? more

I had heard several good things about this particular car wash from a couple of friends and I decided that my car was looking a little sad. So yesterday I went in for a last-minute exterior/interior wash and detail, I wasn't aware that an appointment was needed, but the manager was very accomodating and happily squeezed me into the schedule. All of the employees were extremely friendly as well. They told me it would be ready in about 2 and half hours so my boyfriend and I went to see a movie at the nearby Oviedo Marketplace to pass the time. They called to let me know it was ready and when I got there I could see that the outside looked awesome. Then the detailer showed me the inside and I was blown away. My carpets and leather seats looked like new (my carpets were horrible before.) They removed stains/dirt that I gave up on because I couldn't do it myself. I am so thankful for the hard work of the detailer...I honestly don't know how they got it all done in that amount of time. I have a new sense of pride knowing that my car looks like it did 2 years ago when I bought it. Before my car went into the car wash the guy walked up to remove the antenna and snapped it off. No one cared, the manager told me 'too bad', and i wasn't offered any help fixing it, being compensated, or even having the wash for free. No one took responsability so I called the cops to file a vandalism report. The police officer regrettably told me with no malicious intent that he couldn't, but that he is called out there several times a month by owners of damaged cars who are ignored and not compensated. My girlfriends dads mirror was broken off and they did nothing. My antenna would have cost 15 dollars to fix but they refused to compensate me. My entire family (who drives 4 automobiles) no longer go there and we've emailed all of our friends in oviedo and everyone else is boycotting them as well. Management would be an idiot to lose that much business just because he can't fix 15 dollars worth of damage to a car. It's a write off they wouldn't make. The police officer told me they damage cars all the time and do nothing about it becuase they count on the fact that people won't take them to small claims court because of the cost. THEY ARE IMMORAL THEIVES!!! STAY AWAY!! Cons: they damage vehicles and do nothing to fix the situation, are rude. more
