Overland Tow Svc

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!\r Do not use Overland Tow Service for towing your car!!! \r \r Yesterday my car got broke down in overland park and my insurance company contact them to tow my car to the shop, so the insurance company told me that they gonna cover the pick up and first 5 miles but the shop was 14 miles away so i had to pay them $36 and i call the tow company and they said to leave the doors open and leave the keys and money inside the dashboard and i did what they said!!! and today i went to the shop to pick up the car and saw that they stole everything i had inside the car and left me received for $36!!! the shop that they took my car i know them for 5 years so there is no way that they will to such a thing!!! and if anyone would steal something before the tow truck got there why they didn't steal the $36 that i left for tow truck or just steal the car cause there was the key to!!! so i call the owner of the tow service to talk to her and she told me that no my drivers didn't do it even without doing any investigation and told me it has nothing to do with them!!!\r \r They stole my GPS,Glasses,Clones,Toolbox,long coat,phone external charger my work stuff, my Jacket and more... \r \r PLASE SHARE THIS SO PEOPLE WON'T DO THE SAME MISTAKE TRUSTING THEM! more

I have had dealerships tow my vehicles before in other cities and have never seen a truck as clean and presentable as what towed me. The driver was very respectful and well kept. This company gives an obvious effort to make the towing experience as pleasant as possible. I would recommend them to others and will only use them for future business. Do not use this tow company. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager and the office staff are both extremely rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! There are far better companies in this area that can be used. If you are looking for a job I would look somewhere else as well. This company promises raises and never gives them to their employees. The employees try to stab each other in the back by not letting anyone know who is on call and who is not. An employee was fired just because the lady at the office lied to him about being on call and since he didnt answer his phone that day, he was fired. The past employee also lost his deposit that they make him pay out of his check. He was told he would have a check to pick up when he returned his uniforms...they owner of the company lied to him, he was never going to give him a check, instead he was told he owed him money. There is not a single person that works at this business that is respectable in any way. The manager is extremely rude. I do not have ONE positive thing to say about this company, unfortanetly they are allowed to due business in this area and everyone has to suffer for it. Cons: Worst place of business and worst company to work for more
