Outlaw Towing & Recovery

Outstanding service and response time. I locked my keys in the trunk with a very low phone battery. I spoke to a dispatcher an explained my situation. Keys locked in trunk and phone is about dead. Immediately after speaking to the dispatcher the driver called me. The driver was there within a 20 minutes window. The driver was able to unlock the my car, but the security system disable the car and wouldn't allow enter in to the trunk. The driver contacted a locksmith for me, let me contact a family member and charged my phone. He also told me if the locksmith can't gain entry to call them back. Needless to say after a 3 1/2 hours and several calls to the locksmith dispatcher they never showed. I called Outlaw back to have my car towed home, the dispatcher already had record of my pervious call. The dispatcher told me help is in route. Immediately a driver called to tell that he was 3 minutes away. Very shortly the driver arrived. He tried a few things to try to override the security system. None worked, therefore the car was towed to my resident. Both drivers went over and beyond to assist me. Outstanding Drivers and Dispatcher with they all was professional. Outlaw staff was my heroes. Thanks for making certain that me and my car arrived home safely. more

BEWARE. The dispatcher, Alex, was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional on the phone AND the driver was more than an hour late late. On the other hand, the supervisor, Doris, was professional and apologized for the delay. However, when you're sitting on the side of the freeway in Atlanta and you're already waiting 90 min and then they're an hour late on top of that, an apology will only take you so far. more

the dispatcher and driver were very UNPROESSIONAL!!! THey overcharged me and didn't have equipment to process credit card payment after dark!!! Then driver was rude getting up in my face when asked to leave my vehicle, driving on my neighbors grass and just PLAIN RUDE!!!! more

My car broke down on i20 with 2 flat tires at 4am I called outlaw and they said they would have a driver right who would think at 4 in the morning some one would get out of bed and come get me off the interstate but they did and the driver recomended a tire shop close to where I was and my car was back on the by 6 am the shop was closed but they did after hours tire changes thanks to outlaw I made it to work on time so thank u outlaw towing company more

You know when you call a towing company, you usually get a grouchy, scruffy,mean looking driver? Not these guys! Clean cut, trustworthy and reasonably priced. They're first on my list.... Pros: Fast Reasonable Service Cons: Can't say anything bad...these are great guys more
