I initially had mixed reviews on Outback because of poor service on a previous visit. However, we decided to try the restaurant again, and were happy that we did. The waiter that we had was very nice and attentive, the food arrived hot was good.
My husband raved about the prime rib, I quite enjoyed my caesar salad and baked potato, and our son thought his kids meal was good too.
We also tried the Aussie Cheese Fries, and found them to be very good. They consist of fries topped with 2 kinds of cheese and crumbled bacon, and a side of ranch dressing for dipping. They were very good.
The brown bread they bring to the table was my son's favorite -- it was warm and delicious.
The meal, with sodas, Aussie Cheese Fries appetizer, and entrees was sappx. $38 plus tip -- not bad for a steakhouse at all.
We were really glad that we decided to give them another try! We're very likely to return in the future.
