I stopped by for dinner last night. I sat down at the bar and asked for a glass of soda-water while I perused the menu and was told - ""that'll be $2.95 OK?""... Really?! I hadn't been in the restaurant 5 minutes before the penny-pinching began. Give me a break - I'm a business traveler who lives on the road and takes good care of establishments that take good care of me. Short-Story: Outback Dublin got my $3.00 for soda water (congratulations), but they lost out on any bar-bill profit and any follow on business... Penny wise and dollar foolish. Not going back. You're free to run your restaurant any way you see fit - I vote with my feet and my money. $3.00 for water... Good luck with that. more

Outback Steakhouse Dublin is the best! 5/10/2011

I had a surprise birthday party last Friday at Outback Steakhouse Dublin. We all had an amazing time. Everything was excellent! We were blown away by the service, steaks, seafood, chicken, ribs, desserts and cocktails. Both presentation and taste were superb. We dine in the Patio and brought a band to play live music. Enrique - owner and Seth - Manager are simply the best. They make every event splendid and train the employees to give exceptional service every time.
