Steaks were overcooked to the point of sending the ribeye back. The collins mix was instant lemonade mix. A very bland ceasar salad. Our server was very good and they hustled...

Disappointing 12/30/2007

We had a large party of 32 people, which is a lot to get in and out. The food was good, hot and we all were able to get the correct orders. The frustating part was waiting for our table. I called a month and a half ago and arranged all of this. Our reservations were at 6:00pm we didn't get seated until 7:00pm. We had one server. In making arrangement I asked how many servers we would have and the manager said 2 or 3 for this large of a party. Our server had helpers, which kept up with our drinks, bread and anything else we needed. It took so long for him to get the orders. He did have help getting the salads out and then later the food. All the food was good and hot, which I was surprised. Then it took forever to get the bills out to each couple or individual. Also I was told that they would wave the grautity for this large group and we could pay whatever we want to give. That was not true, they had 15% added to each bill. I was very disappointed in the fact of what was told to me when I made the arrangements and what really took place. I felt like they told me what I wanted to hear just to get us in and then they did what they wanted to do. Our server did a good job for as many people that we had, we just needed more servers, waiting time was over a hour just to get seated and they said we could do our own grautity. If you make a committement then do what you tell your customers. Very frustrating!!!! more

A total waste of money 8/4/2006

I've been twice for birthdays, should of learned my lesson the first time. Steaks were either over or undercooked, the service was slow and incorrect. I had to get the manager when the waiter tried to pass off a sirloin as a filet. Completely the wrong cut of meat. The manager tried the same thing for a couple minutes and them admitted they were out of filet. Offered me a free beer....told him to keep it. Terrible visit times 2. Pros: I don't have to ever go again Cons: food, service, honesty more

Perfectly Cooked Steaks! 2/4/2003

Outback has always fixed our steaks to perfection. Mine is medium rare & my husband likes medium well to well done. He never has to send it back for being too rare. Amazing! more

Don't bother 1/5/2003

Steaks were overcooked to the point of sending the ribeye back. The collins mix was instant lemonade mix. A very bland ceasar salad. Our server was very good and they hustled to get a different order out for the one sent back. They apparently do know how to fry things as the mushroom app. and aussie chips were good. Too pricey for a questionable experience and who ever wants to send back the entree? Pros: good fries Cons: bad steak, bad collins mix, cooked wrong more

outstanding! 1/3/2003

The house sirloin is by far the best sirloin steak you will find anywhere! I have eaten steaks all across the country and time after time the house sirloin at the Outback is not only mouth-watering but cook to perfection every time. NO steak sauce needed ever more

You're kidding, right? 12/23/2002

A good steak does not need seasoning; it is best when it stands alone. No way of telling whether Outback prepares a good steak because it is impossible to taste anything but the overabundant seasonings. This restaurant is best left for those who enjoy A-1 steaksauce on their steaks. more

what? what? 11/25/2002

hard to imagine a worse steak than what i got at the outback, but to its credit they did manage to serve a deep fried onion which made the steak look better by comparison. more

Love good red meat 10/31/2002

Has to be one of the most reasonable places to get a good steak more

Sensational Speacial 10/24/2002

The Outback Special is my dining choice and while it doesn't compare to some fine dining, it definitely deserves recognition. more

YUMMMMMMMY 8/20/2002
