The doctors are great, esp. Dr. Madi--she makes you feel comfortable immediately and is very pro-breastfeeding, even in extended BFing. The other docs take some getting used to, but can also be warm and friendly. Regardless of personality, all of them are excellent physicians, and spot things easily, and are good at responding to your concerns w/out condescention. Not sure about first reviewer's experience--I guess everyone has their off days.
Pros: Great docs, nurses, always remember us
Cons: Desk staff sometimes forgetfull, don't anwer VM, but nice
