inconsistent delivery 3/17/2012

Lived here for more than twenty years. purchased a take out for an italian sub on Firday March 16, 2012. Nice romane lettuce and hots. Cheese steak did not have the hots on the side like requested. a minor mistake. Tried again Saturday March 17, 2012.italian sub with Iceberg lettuce, substutied hots for sweets, skimping on the mayo poorly composed. a sprinkle of tomate no peperonni. Ingrediants not consitent. A Main Line Must 1/16/2009

I love this deli. It was actually my first job,at 14, and I still go back there at least once a month. I've worked in a few restaurants since then and this, by far, is the cleanest and best kept out of all of them. The owners are there on a daily basis and the core staff are still there keeping it the best deli I've ever been to. Prices are definitely high but you can't ask for better food than you get here. Pros: Cheese Steaks, Butcher, Clean Cons: Price, Packed for weekend breakfast and weekday lunches more

Great place for sandwiches, soups, salads, french fries, breakfast. Great food at higher than usual prices but you get what you pay for....Hoagies are the best Pros: FOOD....Sandwiches, Soups, Fries, Slads, Breakfast....... Cons: SInce it is so good, it can be very crowded at lunch more

I have been going to Our Deli for years. The prices are a little high, but they use Boar Head lunch meat and the portions are huge. It is a little rediculous that they charge extra if you want cheese on your sandwhich. They have an attached butcher in the back. I asked them if he had black angus. To which he replied, ""I'll never touch a black person."" It was a little loud in there. I think he thought I asked if he ever had black a n u s. Try the crab cakes! Pros: Large portions. We went there as a family for breakfast 6 adults + 2 children = $72.98 . Yeah exactly what our reaction was when we went to pay the bill. One meal was a cheese omelet 5.29 with bacon an extra 2.59 PLUS homefries 2.19 and also add a coffee 1.39 = $11.46 before TAX & TIP <---for one breakfast!! One more example, a shortstack of pancakes $3.89 plus one scrambled egg $1.99. Yeah, are they golden eggs? The food has always been great, but their prices are just unreasonable anymore. I have been going to ""Our Deli"" for over a year now. Never had 1 complaint about the quality or taste of the food but the price is OUT OF CONTROL. Pros: FOOD IS GREAT Cons: Priced like your @ the airport! more

Best Deli 12/17/2005

I would put Our Deli's hoagies and cheesesteaks up against any other in the world. To this day I have not found a better Italian Hoagie anywhere. Beautiful fresh amoroso rolls and boars head meats are a winning combination. Pros: Food, Food , Food Cons: Parking, Crowded at Lunch Hour more

You Don't Know What You Got... 7/7/2005

Until you lose it. My wife and I lived a mere block-and-a-half from this wonderful little deli. The Chicken Cheese Steak was to die for. Their hoagies were huge and made with the best of ingredients. Saturday mornings were a treat to stop in and have breakfast- omelettes, pancakes, etc. We miss having a little neighborhood deli like ""Our Deli."" Definitely check it out if you get the chance.
