Fabulous! 9/7/2009

I have been coming to Ott's for about thirty years and in all of that time I have never had one problem with the service or plants. I get all my gardening questions answered by professionals who have been doing this their whole lives. This is all they know and they know it all. They make their own soil, which has allowed my plants to thrive and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. I do not know what 'iheartplants' is talking about. Pros: Very helpful, lots of variety, cites to see, and just great! more

If you like poor service, poor selection, pests in your soil and high prices then this is the place for you! Pros: Unique attractions: mountain of flowers; tropical room complete with spring Cons: If you've come to buy specific plants or you need assistance, you'll likely not get it. more
