Just a short note to thank you for the terrific job you did on our kitchen / family room remodeling. The quality of your workmanship was excellent, and we wound up with a much more attractive space. Even though it ended up being a bigger job than I had anticipated, the end result was worth the added expense. The two rooms, opened to flow into each other, are working out very well. more

We worked with Ottlinger Custom Building to remodel our kitchen. Our home is 1934 vintage and we wanted to retain the traditional character with 21st century updates to our smaller kitchen. Ottlinger Custom Building gave us excellent design and budget options. Once construction was underway, the written schedule was followed almost to the day. The project manager was thorough and no detail was too small to attend to. I continue to recommend Ottlinger Custom Building for quality customer service and creative design.\r more

Ottlinger Custom Building did a full kitchen remodel for us in just 2 months. Our designer did an outstanding job down to the last detail, and there were many details. Ottlinger Custom Building were very responsive any time we had a question. They solved every difficulty before we had time to worry about it. You get what you pay for, and we got our money`s worth. more

We had a whole home remodel done. We worked with Ottlinger Custom Building for many months from the germ of an idea to the completed project. It was a very collaborative project - no idea was too small or insignificant. We were given a timeline and a price and both were met. If this weren`t our ``forever`` house, we would gladly to it again! more

GREAT Service & AAA+ Satisfaction. We`ve had such a wonderful experience with Ottlinger Custom Buildingwhile working on our house which required a total make-over! After 25 years we were doing EVERYTHING (bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, & total complete wiring with installation of lighting fixtures) and Ottlinger Custom Building worked with our CRAZY schedule including working around other workers at the same time! more

I live in an older condominium which had a dark depressing 1920`s kitchen which never felt clean. Ottlinger Custom Building undertook a complete kitchen renovation to produce a modern kitchen which fits well into the traditional style of the house. The renovation never impinged on the other residents of the condominium as all demolition was contained and craftsmen were careful to clean up each day. I highly recommend Ottlinger Custom Building. more

Ottlinger Custom Building company remodeled our entire kitchen, 1st floor bathroom, and the unused space between them. Everything was taken down to the studs and rebuilt. In addition we removed an old chimney from the basement through 2 stories and the attic; added a laundry chute and floor space where the chimney used to be; reframed a small opening to enlarge the kitchen by 6 ft (complex reframing of load bearing walls); reframed the floor on the entire back section of the house; put in a new water line from the street to the house; and put in a new 95% efficiency furnace. more
