Dr. Pat Hougland should not be performing orthopedic surgery. PLEASE, DO NOT ALLOW HER PERFORM SURGERY ON YOUR PET. My sweet greyhound broke his leg when he fell down our stair...

Horrible service!!!!...quoted one price then tripled it when i went to pay the bill....then the lady at the desk and the vet Patricia proceded to call me a liar!! will never go back and I will never recommending this place to anyone!! I was never treated so horribly by a buisness in my life! more

Quality animal care 1/8/2011

Agreed that Dr Hoagland is not a particularly warm and chatty 'people person'.....have, however found that she is dedicated to the care of animals no matter whether or not she is getting reimbursed for their care. She is often distracted and short in her responses to people, mainly due to her complete focus on the care of whatever animal she has in front of her. She is not tolerant of irresponsible people, or overly emotional people either. She is a very practical woman. If you behave like a ninny, her response to you will be blunt. If you are looking for good veterinary care...then go here. If you're looking for hugs and platitudes to make you feel good.....get a therapist. more

Not recommended at all! The doctor is good with animals, but not a very sympathetic doctor when it comes to humans. Very rude, very discriminating, and hateful. Never again! more
