great service and location.now under new ownership, food was poor. don't order the fish.

nothing spectacular, good solid steak and potatoes kind of place 10/23/2007

we've tried this place three times. dishes are kind of retro in preparation. like the steak in bearnaise with asparagus, pretty decent great lakes whitefish, perch. decor tacky 1960s nautical, tables too close for comfort. nothing innovative about preparation, but servers pleasant. sunday summer barbecues al fresco really good. Terrible service, overpriced food 8/11/2007

Always passed this restaurant on the way to Holland State Park, but was never able to stop and try. Pros: Close to the beach Cons: Everything else. more
