Oswald's do not look at you funny or talk at you like you are dumb when they answer a question that you ask. They answer the question in a way that makes you feel like a genuine person and how you would like to be treated as a customer. more

Oswald service is a great place. I have been looking for a different car service shop for some time after trying some outher shops in town. They did a great jod on my Honda CRV . The price was as stated on the bid plus they found and repaired some small thins for free. I would highly recommend them. more

Extra Work 3/26/2017

Needed the headlight assembly fixed on a older car after a slide on the ice. The metal was bent, preventing installation, but the mechanic did a great job of bending the edge of the hood back into place so the headlight could be installed. Avoided taking an older car to the body shop just to get legal again - well done !! more

Clean garage and waiting area. Very personable staff. Good listeners. Reliable staff. Feel I can trust their word. Go the extra mile to work with you on what needs repaired now and what can wait till later. They vacuum out my car. more

Great place. 3/19/2017

Took my truck in for an oil change and to look over a possible issue. It took them a while to nail it down, but they were pretty confident. The rest of the oil change services seem to have been missed. The didn't top off fluids or clean the windows. But other than that it was great as always. more

Quick assessment of the issue. Thorough explanations and always leaves the decision to me. Pick up and payment are easy and quick and Josh provides me with more clarifying information in the form of visual aids from the maintenance performed. I am very happy with this visit as with all previous visits. Great job OSWALD TEAM! more

Blazer Fuel Pump 3/7/2017

I had my fuel pump replaced a few weeks ago and the new one they put in failed within a few days. I got my blazer down to them and they replaced it again with a new one with no questions asked. They seem to be a bit more pricey than others around but they do decent work. more

Total Customer Service 3/6/2017

I was very happy with my experience at Oswald. They did a very thorough job with my vehicle, and then they were up front and honest about what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. I felt valued as a customer. I was able to call and ask as many questions as I needed to understand the issues with the vehicle. That was awesome because I am not the best with cars. more
