Used O'Sullivan's Pressure Washing in 2011 for an overall house cleaning and some roof work. Totally satisfied with Brian -- his professionalism and courtesy. Called him back in 2012 to pressure wash the 25 year old deck. His suggestion (a very good one) was to sand and individually hammer down each and every nail to provide a smooth surface for our grandchildren. They sanded on a Saturday and Brian returned on a Sunday to apply the stain before any threatening rain would delay the completion. Courteous and professional all the time. Highly recommend O'Sullivans Pressure Washing. more

Professional from beginning to end! 5/8/2012

Brian from O'Sullivan's Power Washing was professional from beginning to end. He came to the house at a day and time that was convenient for us, provided a proposal, did a great job on the house (even threw in a few extras like cleaning the rock steps leading up to the house!) and left everything immaculate. We couldn't ask for anything more. Dealing with Brian was an absolute pleasure and we will recommend him and his company to anyone looking for power / pressure washing services. Excellent service and great quality of work. 6/21/2011

Since my deck was very worn (due to age and bad winters), I contacted the O'Sullivan's Pressure Washing company. The owner, Brian O'Sullivan, quickly responded with a visit to my home. We discussed possibilities on how he can restore my deck. Brian called me the next day with a plan and a price. I told him that ""it's a go"". The job took two days (one day to sand the entire deck and railings and rehammer every nail and one day to stain the entire deck (mostly by hand), After the 24 hour wait (to allow everything to dry), we hosted a barbecue on this ""brand new deck"" and received MANY compliments on our ""new deck"". Thank you Brian and your team with the O'Sullivan's Power Washing! more
