Horrific Pricing! 1/22/2019

Ostrom wanted $500 to replace and install a Badger 5 garbage disposal. The disposal can be bought at Lowe's for $110 and installed in 30 minutes by a professional (see you-tube Badger 5 installation). That comes to a $400 charge for 30 minutes of work! I bought the disposal and installed it in one hour (it was my fist installation). I saved over $350 by doing it myself. I paid $110 for the disposal and had to pay Ostrom the $38 charge for coming out to give me that horrific quote. Never again! more

Excellent!!! 2/7/2018

George and Tommy helped me tremendously with a lighting issue. They were able to estimate and correct the problem on-site in less than 30 minutes, and for much less than I was expecting to pay. They provided great options as solutions and were easy-going and great to work with. I'll be calling again for future needs for certain. more

This is my first time using Ostrom and I am very satisfied. Dan was my technician and he is excellent. He fixed my plumbing problem immediately. He also checked all the basic plumbing for any issues or problems. He specifically answered all my questions in a professional manor. more

Jason did a great job. They notified me when he would arrive. He did a great job and cleaned up. They were able to come the day I called. Jason listened to my problem, asked a few questions, found the problem, suggested several alternatives to fix the problem and we decided to replace my hot water tank. I had several questions and Jason was helpful, informative, and professional helping me decide on the best course of action to take. Tyler arrived and he and Jason removed the old tank and replaced it. There were several modifications, some code and others not, they accomplished to make the job excellent. The job was complicated since the new tank would not fit in the old space. They did a great job giving me an excellent job. Thanks...Ken Arthur more

I am extremely happy with the products, workmanship, and instructions provided by the Ostrom crew. They arrived on time and were professional, friendly, and knowledgable about the products and services to be provided. The products all exceeded my expectations. The finished work is just excellent. Bob explained the operation of the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and demonstrated everything I need about their safe and proficient operation. I am extremely pleased with this work. more
