Got their info from a local Costco and it was the worst experience. I purchased the merchandise and waited 2 days for delivery. I kept calling and getting a ton of excuses - broken truck; got too late; not enough drivers. I finally hired someone else to pick up my merchandise. Both O'Shea's and Costco could have cared less when I complained. Lousy service and rude employees. more

Lousy outfit 3/16/2012

When delivering a washing machine, they broke our laundry room door and never paid for it. Furthermore, they left WITHOUT mentioning the broken door and WITH the broken piece. more
