In a crowded field of ""fusion"" restaurants, Ortanique stands out as the best. Fresh ingredients are used and combined with a caribbean flavor to give this menu 4 stars for its uniqueness. Seafood very fresh. Cobia ceviche in a scoth bonnett pepper sauce was the highlight amongst the apps. Crispy calamari salad rules, great salad!
Restaurant is a bit on the crowded and loud side, but service is attentive. If you can get one of the booths for two, you are in for a nice romantic experience.
Entrees are limited in selection, but expertly prepared. Pork chop was deliscious, as was their signature Tuna. Whole yellow tail snapper was a standout.
Desserts are good, mango strudel was the best of the 4 ordered.
Bar is cool. Joel is a great bartender and considered to make the best Mojito in town. Enjoy this great restaurant, they will take care of you!
