So I normally would not post this sort of thing, however I learned a valuable lesson in how NOT to treat a client yesterday from an Orkin Pest Control employee. After we negotiated a price for some work to be done in our crawl space, we made arrangements to meet and sign the contract last evening. The young man (who stated he was a top performer for the company - hence his ability to give us a good deal) came into our home & tried to rush us into signature on a several thousand dollar job without reviewing the contract. When we did take the time to review, he became agitated. We soon learned why, the scope of the job had been reduced on the contract, the price we were quoted was not the same as the contract stated, the terms we were quoted were not the same and when we questioned the representative, he could not justify the changes. He rudely yanked the contract out of my husband's hand, stormed out of the house and threw gravel on our cars as he raced down our driveway.\r

Orkin was invited into our home to provide services, the only thing Troy managed to do was insult us in the privacy of our home and leave us questioning how many people Orkin had pulled this over on.\r
