I was a member here for over 15 years and in that time I had my first serious problem just this month, They were totally unhelpful and I talked to about 5 people over 20 times. They were great for many years until I had a problem. Even the big banks have been more helpful to me over the years. Other people I know have had very bad experiences with them as well when there is trouble. My advice, great if nothing ever goes wrong but don't count on it. Go to Wells Fargo or somewhere else when they actually care if you are their customer (And I don't support big banks at all). I can guarantee you they will treat you much better.
