I have been really disappointed in my experiences. The office staff is cold and unfriendly. They also aren't available by phone for about 1 1/2 hours during lunch (when people who work work would typically call to schedule appointments). Why can't someone be available during the day to answer phones? You have a big staff - stagger your lunch periods. It's impossible to see a doctor. If you don't call them back immediately (because you already gave them the information that they are requesting) they quickly send you a nasty letter saying if you don't call they will cancel you getting services. They've messed up my charts. If you need to miss an appointment due to no fault of your own, they charge you without 24 hours notice (and from the reviews below, if you don't pay immediately, they send collections after you). I""m really disappointed. I expect more from a service that I""m paying for. more

I have been going to this office since I was about eleven. I absolutely love it. The staff are very kind and helpful, the doctors are very patient and understanding. Whenever I have needed to come in for an appointment, I always am seen that very day, they are very accommodating. Generally I see Doctor A. Pohlman, and I wouldn't switch for the world. Also, the doctor's office has a great answering service for after-hours and on weekends, where they take messages to leave for the doctors, can give updates to them, and even get you the on call doctor if you really need him/her. The office also very comfortable and not at all scary for the littler kids; it is very clean as well. I have never had an issue with billing, so I am not sure what the other rater's had done incorrectly, but I can assure you that I've never had a problem! more

I am attempting to change doctors offices. In trying to get some questions asked reagrding why I needed to pay for my medical records I called the office. I spoke with three people during my conversation. The final person was the office manager, Kim Mach. In my questioning of how the process went and how the law was written, Ms. Mach got very upset. She then hung up on me. When I called back, she proceeded to call me a “pain in the ass” and told me she would “slap my face”. Cons: Rude staff, long waits more

They will try to get you for $25 or more every time you change an appointment even if you do so before 24 hours! Then they will keep sending you to collections for no reason at all!
