Orange Dental Assoc

This is the worst dental clinic. The dentist is a big liar and cheater. He does unnecessary treatment on patients. He would always do gingivectomy with crown just to make more money.The turnover rate in the clinic is very high.There is always new staff.\r \r Please don't go to orange dental. more

I have to say that was the most abominable dental experience!! Dr. Schrager is the most obscene, ignorant, and most entitled person I have EVER encountered in my ENTIRE life!! How does someone with that personality have a career dealing with people??! He was extremely demeaning towards me and lives in a fantasy world where he dictates what is right & wrong. God bless him honestly because I have no idea how he could possibly have any true relationships with anyone other than himself. As for my ""dental experience"", let's just say I would NEVER EVER recommend him even to my worst enemy. I apologize for the harshness of my review but after that terrible service & treatment, there's no way I would NOT warn people about him!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I had an horrible toothache a couple weeks ago and of course it started hurting on the weekend, I called every dental office in the phone book and nothing I was just getting answering services and answering machines. Then I called this number and someone answered (Thank God) to my surprise the young lady was very nice on the phone she talked to me, asked me questions and gave me some advise on what to do for the pain, She scheduled me for an appointment first thing Monday morning at 8:00 am. I showed up for my appointment Monday morning and they got me right back and seen me and the Doctor started treatment on my tooth and instantly I was out of pain. I thank all of you for taking such good care of me and I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a good dental office that will take good care of you and the office staff is very friendly and the Doctor is very very good!!!!! A +++++ more

Do your research before you go! I actually was in the chair so long for a cleaning and exam (because I was suprised by what the first dentist claimed I needed, asked owner, Dr. Shrager to re-examine and was there half a workday) that I looked on my iPhone before I left and saw 1 star reviews on multiple sites from multiple patients. Based on what I saw and experienced on this first and only visit, I couldn't trust this practice. My husband had already had work done last year that we aren't sure he needed. I ended up paying for my records from that day to be handed to me before I left, am now going to someone new and ended up very happy with another opinion. Also, note that they have no procedure rooms, if you have to have to have a crown or root canal, my husband said it's out in the open with other patients all around you getting their teeth cleaned in this big room (where I was to get mine cleaned that day). The only good thing I saw there was their technology for the x-rays and cameras to look at the teeth is very up to date. more

Worst dental experience. They don't know how to treat patients with anxiety, they were rude, tried to hold me down during a procedure. I was told I had over 10 cavities, come to find out I really only had two cavities. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. more

This office is awesome.. I brought my daughter here for her yearly checkup and Dr. Shrager said she should see the Orthodontist for a consult, we were able to see her the same day and my daughter was able to get her braces on the same day and the office staff helped me with monthly payments. I know there are bad reviews out there but I truly enjoyed my visit and the staff are very friendly and the Doctors are very good at what they do. I have been telling all my friends to go to Orange Dental for their dental checkups and if they want to start their children in braces. They do everything in this office you can imagine. My husband has an appointment for a root canal next week. I am very thankful I found this office and I would recommend this office to anyone. more

Worst Experience\r \r This Dr Shrager Does not give his 150%, I waited 2 hours to see the dentist and this is not my first time going to this office, I had been going for years when there were previous dentist that worked thier. During my 2 hour wait the assistants kept telling me he was on his way I figured ok. Then I heard one of his assistants telling some one that he needed to get of his emails and computer and start working on his patinets that everyones been waiting for over an hour for him to come out of the office. Note I was not the only patinet there from where I was sitting I could see at least 3 other people waitng on him, one got up and left saying he could not wait any longer. He comes to the room talks his head of and trys to scare me into doing treatment and if you can not afford the treatment he comes back into the room and tries to threaten and scare you some more until you want to scream at him and walk out the door. I never had this problem with any other dentist I have gone too, And I have never had so many things wrong with my teeth, and NO I do not grind me teeth at night and NO I do not need a night guard, my teeth have small cracks in them because of my age, I got a second opionion.!!!! And the staff is never the same, the assistant I saw each time I went there was gone and she was the reason I kept going back there, I trusted her opinion more then the DR's!!!!! \r more

Dr. Shrager is amazing!!! I just moved here a few months ago, and did not know where to go for my tooth pain, I found his office online, called to make an appointment, and I was so happy with the girl I spoke to on the phone, she put me on the schedule the very next day to see Dr. Shrager, he knew exactly what was casuing the pain and knew exactly what needed to be done, he went over with me what I needed to have done and before I knew it all my dental work was done and the pain was gone. The office staff even called me the next day just to check on me and see how I was doing, that ment a lot to me cause I just moved here and didn't have anyone here to look after me. Thank you again to Dr. Shrager and his office staff, they are truly wonderful..... more

love my dentist office. Staff are caring and will work with me when I needed a lot of dental work done. The dentist is great too! These stars are confusing... Is it 5 or 4 is the best? more
