I called ocps to look at my pool heater, they were 15 minutes early, and to my delight discovered my pool heater could be fixed for under $200, when 3 other service people tried to sell me a new heater for over $3k. heater has been working great ever since. will use them again and again more

I have been a customer with Orange County Pool and Spa for several years now. They have always kept my pool and spa clean and when issues would come up, they were very prompt in fixing the problems. I wouldn't think of using another pool service. more

Jekyll and Hyde - That's what I got from this company. As long as I didn't question anything, they came every week and took care of the pool. However, once I questioned work that wasn't authorized, I couldn't reach anyone, calls weren't returned. And when I finally got someone, I was yelled at and hung up on. more

I could not get the water right in my pool for the life of me. All I was doing was creating a cesspool. The more chemicals I dumped in the worse it got. This is one of the worst pool services I've ever dealt with. About the only good thing I can say is that they did show up each time and they hose the area off after they leave. They have rude customer service and don't answer their phone except to new customers. Their regular charges are periodically supplemented with unauthorized add-on charges and their employees only seem interested in finding ways to add $$ onto the bill to impress ""the boss"". They have only basic knowledge of how to clean a pool and some employees don't speak English. Our pool turned greener and greener and they had no idea how to handle the matter. Watch out. If you are 2 weeks late in paying your bill they may slap a mechanics lien on your property, even for a lousy $100 or less. The ""good"" reviews about this company ==mostly on their own website and some other sites must be planted. There is no way they can be genuine. more

OCPS was company #6 to come out. And the only ones who could fix the problem. I am impressed with the skill level of the service tech that came out. Everyone else eithe rsaid it couldnt be fixed or I would need to replace my equipment and plumbing lines for 3k to one guy said $11k. Ocps charged me under $200 and it's been a few months since they fixed it, still working great. Thanks OCPS. more

OCPS replaced my gas pool heater. They beat all the other bids, were on time, did a fabulous job, painted the pipes to match and I am thoroughly pleased with these people! more

Finally a pool service that actually shows up. They do a great job servicing my pool & spa. Also if anything is not right,they let me know right away. I have had it with 'poolguys'!! OCPS is a breath of fresh air! When my husband and I were obtaining bids to replace our equipment OCPS was not the cheapest but they were the only ones who answered the phone, showed up on time, had an actual proposal form- not a napkin, brochures of the equipment they were bidding us on and they ended up beating our lowest estimate as they were eager to have us as a customer!! The installation and clean up was first rate! We now enjoy a salt pool which has been automated so everything is now at the touch of a button. We have since hired OCPS for our weekly pool maintenance and they never miss a service visit!
