Thanks for the honesty guys! I was told by my pool service and two others my pool heater needed replaced. Orange County Pool was the last of the opinions. They said since it wasn't leaking it was quite fixable. Less than $200 and they got it working like new again. I have since fired my other pool service and hired them to maintain my pool. very professional, honest and prompt pool repairs. I called ocps out to look at my pool heater. They were 15 minutes early and discovered my heater could be repaired for under $200 when 3 other services told me I needed a new heater for over $3k!!! it's only 5 years old. it's been working great ever since! i will call them out for future repairs and recommend this company more

These guys rock! I had several pool services come to my house to give me an estimate on a new motor since my poolman said it was fried and estimated anywhere from $550 to $900 for a new one. OC Pool sent Bryan who determined my motor was not in need of replacement but simply needed a capacitor and charged me only $90 total. I fired my pool man and hired this company who so far has been very consistent and the pool is spotless. Highly recommend**** Karen more

true professionals. these guys did a great job troubleshooting my pool heater after I called several other companies out, most did not show up the ones who did couldn't figure out my problem. I ended up hiring Bryan to take care of my weekly pool cleaning too. I'm very happy with OC Pool & Spa and I'd recommend them to anyone with a pool. Thanks guys- bradley newport beach resident more

I am a new customer to Orange County Pools. I have had 3 people look at my Punp and no one could figure it out. That was about a month ago. Then I called them and a guy named Randy came out. He replaced my motor and it fixed my problem. Sunday I called him about a small leak that started. He came out and fixed it without any delay. I very much appreciate the fast service. more

This company is incredible. Randy in particular did an excellent job for my leak repair and new equipment. His technical knowledge was next to no one and we had 3 bids done before we started the job. I was also very happy with Brian`s quick response in resoving a problem we had with warranty. Great Job more

Shady business. We called to ask an formal estimate cost of fixing the pool for the appraiser. Brian came but only gave me an email of cost instead of a formal one which I can't use. I called them again and they promised that I'll get a formal one at the end of the day which never arrive. Then they stopped picking up my calls. I should have known since they don't have any physical address listed on their site. Waste of $100 on a fraud shady scamming business. more

Jekyll and Hyde - That's what I got from this company. As long as I didn't question anything, they came every week and took care of the pool. However, once I questioned work that wasn't authorized, I couldn't reach anyone, calls weren't returned. And when I finally did get someone on the phone, I was yelled at and hung up on. more

A pool service I can trust 6/11/2010

I have been using this pool service for awhile now. I bought a house in Corona and the pool/spa was neglected. It was green and had tadpoles living in it. I called OCPS and they recommended an acid wash. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work they described. When they finished, my jaw dropped. I could've sworn that it was a new pool. The plaster was whiter than a Hollywood celeb's teeth. They recommended that service was started up on it right away and that they offered service once a week for $85. I signed up immediately and my pool has been looking fantastic ever since. The cleaner is a hard worker, and takes his time on my pool. I recommend this company for their outstanding service. Greatest Pool Service! 7/7/2009

I emailed, called and left messages to many pool companies and appointments were made but not one showed up. OCPS answered my email and was at my house the next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and MAGIC our heater was repaired. They are honest and very reliable . Our technician was very knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend this company to everyone. Pros: They really do show up! more
