I have really bad teeth. I came from a family where I never took care of them, and I feel like now I am too old for braces. That being said, after a ton of research I decided to go to Dr. Saleh even though he is more then an hour drive from me. Everyone recommends him and he is highly thought of.\r \r He has done a great job with my crowns and helping my jagged teeth seem a lot less jagged. I would get a whole lot more done if dental insurance would cover more! more

This is simply the best place to go in town for the ultimate in cosmetic dentistry. He's no corner chop shop and you won't get cheap veneers here- he is who you go to when you want the best smile possible. more

I just read a news article about this dentist bringing a lawsuit against a former patient for a negative Yelp review. Of course he lost the case, but how dare he try to bully someone in such a way. Yelp is for good and bad reviews and this doctor should have sucked it up. Sounds like he needs to consider moving to an oppressive country with no freedom of speech to practice! It's ridiculous what he put that poor man and his family through over a Yelp review. Grow up, doctor, and try to remember you live in America! You need to move on and leave that poor man alone! more

I am not a patient at Optima Dental but after seeing Mo Saleh DMD on the news last night I feel compelled to speak my mind about his lawsuit against a patient who he took to court and sued for defamation of character for writing a negative review on Yelp. more

Seventeen years of military service provided me with limited choices in terms of personalized dental care, treatment options, or cosmetic alternatives. Recent relocation afforded me the opportunity to seek civilian dentistry options which, following visits to several local dentists made me miss those military dentists, until I found Dr. Mo Saleh. There is no question that Dr. Saleh exemplifies all aspects of comprehensive dentistry, patient care, understanding, and dedication to the dental profession. These characteristics are exhibited by every member of his team. I have not been the only one in my family to be afforded the opportunity to be treated Dr. Saleh. My lovely wife has suffered a severe dental phobia for decades, that not only were Dr. Saleh and his team able to alleviate, their tender care and thorough attention to her anxieties gave her the courage to undergo a full mouth restoration. The outcome was a beautiful smile and the results were far better than ever imagined. I just have to take a moment to share my good news regarding my dental care: I???m using Mo Saleh, DMD-General Dentist. His clinic is called ???Optimal Dental???. Over the years, I???ve had the worst luck with my molars and wasn???t certain who to turn to for help ??? I???m talking about the kind of help that you can only wish for and seldom find. I???ve had a molar that for the last twenty years has been faltering, and finally, failing to do its job. My last episode with a previously used dentist entailed building a crown for the fractured/split molar. To make matter worse, after the crown was installed, the tooth required a root-canal ??? can you believe it, a root canal in a brand new crown. The story doesn???t end there because, unfortunately, it was a poor fitting crown, probably because the mold was cast from the fractured tooth. I had to use a toothpick after every meal, or the pain from the trapped food would drive me crazy. Eventually, the tooth became decayed below the crown line and I was told (by my dentist at the time) that the tooth would have to be completely replaced. I felt rather upset when I learned the cost and the time it would take to execute an implant (nine months, I believe) and felt this procedure should have been executed years earlier, thus saving me the trouble of enduring the poorly fitted crown and uncomfortable root canal. I pondered my situation for several weeks: I???m driving down the freeway, one day, and I see a billboard. It had the word ???Implant??? in bold letters along with a phone number. The advertisement stated that the tooth assessment/evaluation would be free of charge. What did I have to lose, I wasn???t happy with the results from my previous dentist so why not explore this new opportunity? Upon arrival, I discovered two lovely, well groomed ladies at the front desk, Heather and Alisha, who were efficient and very knowledgeable with regards to costs, timelines and logistics. I always look forward to my short visits with them prior to seeing Dr. Saleh. The evaluation: Long story short, I would have to have an implant. I wasn???t surprised at that confirmation, but pleased to know it could be accomplished in 1/3 less time (six months, instead of nine). Being a professional contractor, I can appreciate skilled hands, and Dr. Saleh, and his lovely assistant, Kelley, both are highly skilled in their art. My new tooth is an exercise in excellence ??? it fits perfectly, there???s no gap for food to collect. Furthermore, the tooth is made from a material that???s beautiful and practically indestructible. The tooth coloring is a perfect match to the adjacent teeth, and no one will ever know that the tooth isn???t natural unless I choose to share that information. Here???s one more thing: the molar behind the implant became chipped while I was waiting for the implant crown (the hollow screw that???s placed into the bone is the implant; the crown is the replacement tooth). Kelley performed, like the expert she is, and shaped me a perfect crown for the chipped molar. I received both replacements on the same day (I used a temporary crown until then) and nearly wept when they were in place. My tongue slid across the two, new teeth and I couldn???t believe how wonderful I felt. It???s been about a week since my last visit, and I have nothing but good news to report. I???m able to chew on the right side of my mouth and there???s no food being trapped between the teeth. The fit is perfect. I will use Dr. Saleh until the day he retires. more

One step inside will reveal this isn't your typical dentist office. Granite countertops, laptops, massage chair, even a fireplace. For me these things are all a ruse, a phantasm that masks the true core of Optima Dental. Dr. Saleh's unwavering commitment to patient comfort, care and craftsmanship of his work are the heart of his practice. I've never received anything but the warmest, kindest and utmost professional service. Despite my outlandish and obscure behaivor at times. For the first time I felt safe at the dentist. Never once was I treated like a cavity, implant, or disgusting set of teeth, but rather I was treated like a human being. I didn't have to fear that someone would be demoralizing or belittle me due to the horrendous state of my teeth. Words cannot begin to encompass the gratitude for what Dr. Saleh and his team have done for me. Thank you feels small, hollow and inadequate. My new found quest for the perfect smile may be long and arduous, but one thing is certain. I will be returning to Dr. Saleh for all my future cosmetic dental and oral surgery needs. Much like the highly sought after perfect doctor, hair stylist, or tattoo artist. I have found my dentist. more

Dr. Mo Saleh at Dental Dynamics is simply the BEST OF THE BEST! I received dental veneers from another dentist about 2 years ago and he destroyed my smile. My teeth were too big for my mouth and I had to have multiple adjustments, but they never looked natural. So, after doing some research and reading tons of reviews, I found Dr. Saleh. The level of professionalism and care that the team at Dental Dynamics conveys is exceptional to say the least. Dr. Saleh replaced my veneers and brought my smile back to life. I came to Dental Dynamics to see Dr. Saleh specifically. I did my research and read all of his reviews and was really impressed by the amount of informative information I found on his website. There are some bad reviews out there, but honestly if there weren???t I would be worried. I had braces as a kid and like most kids I didn???t take very good care of my teeth, so when they came off I had cavities. I had really old composite fillings on my front teeth and every time I smiled or looked in the mirror I saw them. They were an ugly yellow color and I felt like they stood out. I initially came into the office for a free cosmetic consultation and everyone was super nice and professional. Dr. ???Saleh took some pictures and showed me a smile simulation that showed what my new smile would look like. Dr. Saleh explained all of my options to me and I never felt pressured to pick one option over the other. When I was done with Dr. Saleh, I sat down with one of his front office staff and they explained all of the financial information to me. They were very helpful and again I felt no pressure. I decided to have Veneers and I love them! I went to the lab that they use and had a consultation appointment with them and picked the shade and shape of my new teeth. They are perfect and I get complimented on how great of a smile I have all the time. I highly recommend Dr. Saleh and his staff. more

From start to finish Dr. Saleh's office is top notch, from the nice waiting room to top of the line equipment to check my teeth. unlike other reviews listed they have never told me I need something done when I did not need to have that dental work done and after insurance I was able to pay for the work with ease. I have used Dr. Saleh for all my work for over 5 years and I do not plan on using any one else any time soon. more

My wife went there for a cleaning and to check on a tooth that had cracked. After being there for 3 hours for a cleaning they found that she was going to need to setup a time for a root canal. They said they wanted to looking up prices and come up with some options for us. They print out a page long of work that ""needs to be done"" and my wife takes great care of her teeth even the dental assistant who was doing the cleaning commented on how good of shape here teeth are in. So long story short said our out of pocket after insurance would be close to $7,000!!!! Just for the Root Canal was $2,000!!! I was floored we made a few phone calls to some other well recommended clenics to find out that we can have a root canal done for less then $900 out of pocket. This guy is a huge rip off and I would never tell anyone to go there!! more

Ever since first going to Dental Dynamics over ten years ago and having them tell me and many others in our office they needed unnecessary dental work done, we now tell everyone to avoid them! They love booking follow up appointments so they can tell you more work that you need done, when in reality you don't. There have been numerous people who have actually believed them, had bridge work done, fillings, grafts and then their mouth is worse off after they were finished and they are out SO much money. Dr. Soleh is somehow able to stay in business and still bilk all of his patients into believing they need his help. This needs to stop. This man needs to quit practicing while some of us still have all of our teeth left! If you want to be out thousands of dollars, continue to have problems long after you come to your senses and leave this place, end up with a mouthful of issues caused by this man then continue seeing him. Don't let the waiting room fool you. Why do you think they were able to upgrade everything? Because they are taking your money for unnecessary dental work. This guy is a piece of work and hopefully you will think twice before getting into a mess you wish you could find a way out of. more

Dr. Selah's office has cutting edge technology. Combine that with a skilled surgeon and you have an excellant outcome. I was absolutely blown away by his office staff. more

This was my first experience with Dr. Selah and his staff and what an awesome experience. I have had some bad experiences with many dentist through the years and wasn't looking forward to a new experience with a new dentist but as soon as I walked into the office of Dr. Selah I was made at ease. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and the reception area is like walking into a luxury spa with a splendid massage chair, drinks, snacks and even laptops for patients use. From the minute I was taken back into the patient rooms I was treated with kindness, understanding and dignity. Everything that was to be done was thorougly explained and they were always gentle and asking about my comfort. I expected to have alot of pain and discomfort from my experience and was pleasantly surprised with very little discomfort and quick healing. I look forward to a long and enjoyable relationship with Dr. Selah and his staff. Thanks guys, you were all awesome. more

I had tetracycline as a toddler and my teeth were very discolored as a result. After consulting with Dr. Saleh, I decided on porcelain veneers. The process was time-consuming and by that I mean it wasn't a rush job. The staff was wonderful over the many visits: choosing colors, shapes, style, etc--everything necessary to ensure a perfect smile that I'll be happy with forever. The temporary teeth served well for three weeks and I am more than delighted with the final result. I highly recommend Dr Saleh for this procedure and a special commendation to his staff. more

Dr. Mo Saleh has been my dentist for the past 2 years. I go there every six months for cleanings. I have also had all my old metal dental work removed and replaced with new fillings and even a few crowns. He has always made my visits as painless and as comfortable as possible. Dental Dynamics is beautifully decorated and has very modern equipment. It has a spa like atmosphere. His staff is very friendly and understanding. My husband has been using another dentist because it was closer to our home, but after comparing his visits to mine he has decided to make the change regardless of the drive. . I do not dread going to the dentist any more. I know that Dr. Saleh and his staff will do what it takes to make sure the experience is as pleasant as possible. more

I have never had any dental work done so when I cracked a tooth and found out i had to have it extracted I was terrified. Dr. Saleh and his staff immediatly made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in the door. The front office offered me a range of yummy drinks and while I filled out the paperwork I sat in the most relaxing massage chair. After meeting with Dr. Saleh I decided to be put to sleep to have the procedure done. It was amazing I went from being nervous to waking up and the whole procedure was done. He took out my tooth and placed an Implant. I had minimal pain and recovered quickly. I highly recommend Dental Dynamics to everyone they are by far the best Dental office I have ever been too. I ve been a patient of Dr. Saleh for 6yrs when i needed him,hes there. he made me feel very at ease each time i went to see him. Its been a real blessing to have found a dentist like Dr. Saleh i would definitely recommend him all of my procedures have been resolved and i plan on seeing him again. The staff was very nice also. Dr. Saleh performed complicated surgery and repair to correct a horribly botched implant. He did an outstanding professional job, utilizing state-of-the-art technology with a large monitor screen which visually detailed my bone, implant, jaw. He explained every step of my treatment. He was careful, skillful, gentle. I was very traumatized by my previous dentist and Dr. Saleh exuded confidence, reassurance and provided attentive care. His dental team is as wonderful as he is---polite, attentive, friendly. I needed to have the bad implant removed, a bone block inserted with pins to build up and replace missing bone. Each step of the way, he respectfully outlined what he was doing and why. When he detected my anxiety and fear, he would stop, calmly and clearly demonstrating on the monitored what was going on. I experienced minimal discomfort and absolutely no problems with his work. Overall, service from every employee was exceptional. There were no delays, a relaxed atmosphere and the clinic waiting room looks like a living room equipped with a massage chair, nice decorations, two laptops, coffee and end tables and a refrigerator filled with refreshing drinks; staff asked me each time if I wanted coffee and served tasty, espresso, not stale coffee, each time I visited over a years' time of treatment from beginning more

Dr Mo and staff were a positive experience,they gave me an action plan the first visit as well as a detailed estimate that my insurance company could live with and followed through with all the billing.The work has always been pain free and the staff will work with your schedule,for the first time in years I can smile with an open mouth.These guys aren't the cheapest you can find,just probably one of the best and I have seen a ton of dentists. more
