I can't imagine any way to improve the experience everyone seemed to really care about doing the best job possible-and they did. I want to sincerly thank Dr. Elkins, Neil Newman, and the whole staff for making everything so comfortable, understanding, and pressure-free. The hardest part of the whole procedure was simply deciding to do it, and im thrilled that I did. more

kind, informative and very reassuring 4/6/2010

Dr. Elkins is kind, informative & very reassuring throughout out visits, the surgery & followup. I visited other doctors prior to meeting with Dr. Elkins. He was the only one who explained everything himself in out first meeting; the other doctors had their " coordinators" explain everything before I could meet them. That + Dr. Elkins credentials are the primary reasons why I chose OAV. more
