it is a nice, clean place. Employees are very friendly. The only negative is I asked how long it would take for an oil change and was told 30 minutes. I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes for my car. it normally wouldn't be a big issue but I had other things to do and was planning on 30 minutes like I was told. more

Friendly/Honest Service 9/3/2014

Open Road demonstrated they can perform quality work on my 1999 Isuzu Vehicross engine replacement. They also had to transfer the supercharger over as well. Took time to do the job right. Very friendly staff and I will bring other vehicles here for maintenance and repair. more

I originally found Open Road Auto while looking for a place that would not rip me off on the price of an oil change. Not only was the price fair but the people were friendly and service was fast. Now Open Road is my go to for oil changes, tires, and other normal car maintenance. Also Raven at the front desk is a total babe! more

Because of the level of professionalism and trustworthiness I've found to be standard procedure at Open Road, I go out of my way to have my car serviced there. It's a relief to encounter a culture of integrity at an auto shop. I'll never go anywhere else. more

I am so thankful for finding Open Road on Groupon. They fixed my car issue quickly and with a reasonable price. Raven was awesome!! I know I called several times before my car was brought in for reassurance that the issue could be repaired and that I wasn't going to have a break down before coming in.
