BEST IN RUTHERFORD MACAGNA DIFFILY FUNERAL HOME 2/23/2008

\r \r I am writing on behalf of my whole family, it was truly a comforting experience to deal with the Macagna Diffily Funeral Home at a time when such sadness and emotions are at thier highest. From the moment we walked through the doors the whole staff was nothing but gracious, comforting, and very profesional. My entire family was treated as though we were thier family. I would highly reccommend this establishment to anyone who is in need of funeral services. My who family agrees that this staff will see that all your funeral needs will be met. Best funeral home in local area 2/19/2008

To start i went to macagna Diffly funeral home and it was very nice at fist glance. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with respect and courteous. It was very nice , i really encourage you to go there. My whole family really though they did a nice job. The work they had done on my father there it made as if he was sleeping. The pricing is not too bad moderatly priced for the establishment. I will defintly use them in the future. 2 thumbs up Pros: Nice building ,nice people and most important excellent work Cons: no smoking inside more

The Worst behavior from staff and director at a funeral home 8/26/2007

I unfortunately went to a wake on July 30, 2007 for family Maria Guzman. The funeral home staff right up to the director were so unpleasant and rude. Thank GOD the spirit of Maria was unwavered!! One behalf of the more than 200 people who attended while feeling uncomfortable with the lack of sensitivity and respect from the staff and director of Macagna -Difflily is funeral home please do not use them. Cons: thumbs down more

Terrible.....the family of the decased was treated badly by this funeral home. 8/17/2007

Do yourself a favor and GO TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME. There are many to choose from - this one is bad news. Nothing but problems with the nasty funeral directors. This funeral home gets a ZERO on a scale of 1 to 10. You will have nothing but aggravation at this place. more
