I feel like this place is just a scam to try and get you to buy their products and supplements. I know a lot about fitness and when I went in there, I had a low body fat percentage. I know this because I was a college athlete and had my body fat measured in school. But Bally's tried to tell me my fat percentage was super high and then recommended me join and buy their supplements and power bars. Having the knowledge I do, I could recognize it to be a scam, plain and simple. I tried my trial membership and felt like the club catered to older men. No one was ever in the pool, which was a bonus, but that was the only good thing about this place. I felt like I was constantly being pressure to buy stuff. When I decided not to get the membership, I was called many times to find out why not. It was just too much telemarketing and pressure. Try a more friendly place like a Y, you won't have nearly as much pressure and the employees won't be trying to build their commission by selling you supplements and personal training.
