"I want to tell you that all of your staff in my opinion is second best to none. They should be proud to have such a great group of employees. All of the phone representatives are doing a great job addressing the needs and concerns of their customers. They all have a great attitude every time I talk to them. In my opinion all of the technicians performs there work with the highest of quality. There appearance and attitude have been the best that anyone could ever expect. They have always have given us the Red Carpet Treatment. We had our 1st 6mo service on are A/C inspection this month and Jeff did a great job. He went over and above my expectation. He even looked at a up stairs fan and said it needed to be looked at by a technician. He called dispatch and set up a service call. Thank you Jeff. One week later Eric came out to look at the fan and knew right away what needed to be done. Because of Jeff we were able to have a fan working again. Eric knowledge and electrical background allowed him to fix the fan and resolve my problem. Also Eric let us know about us needing a surge protector for are house. Also Cody one of the other technicians was very good when he came out. He did a very good job also, He don’t need a ladder very often he almost reaches the ceiling – LOL. George should be proud to have a great staff they all do a great job. They all do there jobs very well. " more

I recently had my air conditioner serviced from One Hour Heating and Air in Riverside. The technician was courteous, knowledgable and on time. They were in and out very quickly. I would definitely refer them to friends and family! more

Five star scalpers all the way .First they lure there tech. employees promising them good pay .When your hired then they tell you the truth (three calls per day 18.00 per call x 3 =54.00 per day) but you can give your self a raise says the manager and if you cannot reach your estimated sales of 16.000.00 to 35.000.00 dollars a month in parts will have to let you go. As far as I have seen money is more important than service. This atitude can be expected when a company is runned by atheists . God says (for the love of money is the root of all evil) with this nothing else needs to be said . more

I own a rental home in Riverside and received a call from my tenants saying the heater was not working. I called One Hour Air Conditioning to see if they could help. They worked with my tenants schedule and had the furnace fixed by the end of the day. It is hard to know who you can trust in your home and especially from hundreds of miles away so I truly appreciate the professionalism and courteous they showed both my tenants and I. I will definetly use them for all my AC needs and highly recommend them to everyone! more

This company installed my heat pump/air conditioning system 7 yrs ago. My old unit put out 2x better than this one. They were out several times in the beginning to try to find out why my house wasn't getting cool enough. Finally I gave up. Now the unit quit working. They tried to rip me off first charging me over $450 and not knowing what was wrong. Then it went up to almost $800 with no guarantees. Then they thought it was the compressor and said it would be a minimum of $3500 to fix and no guarantee that was even the problem. I called the office and talked to some supervisor. They were going to send out a senior tech that afternoon or the next day and said he would call. No tech ever showed up and no call as promised. I sent them away and called another company. Turns out, the compressor is still under warranty. The new company was extremely honest and I will use them for now on. Don't use this company unless you like throwing money away. Giving the one star is way too many. more

They cannot be trusted! Bought an A/C and without telling me they installed a no name split system heat pump-A/C unit instead. After the unit was installed and they gave me the installation manual is when I was first made aware of this. "We didn't have the unit you bought in stock but don't worry," they told me, "it is a much better unit than what you paid for and we didn't connect the heat pump". I had an uneasy feeling because of the lack of being told in advance but went along with it because it was already installed. I'm sure that is why they handle it that way. That has turned out to be, at best, misinformation, and at worst an outright lie. Now that the unit is out of the one year warranty the A/C no longer works. Guess what's broken? The switching system that directs whether heat or cold air comes into the house. The only temp it directs to the house is hot ! But the bill is on me to fix it. The only thing they offered is a $20.00 discount on the service call charge and they will deduct the service call charge from the repair cost if I have them repair the unit. Sounds like a trap for what could turn out to be an overpriced repair that more than compensates for the discount. more

Please, please, please don't go here!! These people do not know what they are doing. They overcharge and don't provide the right AC unit. No notice that they were installing a different unit which needed a different furnace. And now they don't even guarantee their work so they won't come out and fix the problem. If you enjoy throwing your money away for poor service then have fun at this place. Otherwise, GO ELSEWHERE!! Heed my advice!!
