I have always tried to support local business. In the case of S&K, I could not have made a better decision. They are always prompt to respond to any service calls and are reasonable in their charges. If and when they are late, there is no charge for the service or parts. I could not ask for any more. I will continue to purchase my heating & AC from S&K. more

Once the tech arrived everything went very well. The tech was excellent and I would not want anyone else on my job. The response with a call back was excellent. Setting up and appontment was very timely. But having to aith three days for my repair seemed a little long. I understand that this is probably the busy time of the year but I was a little dissapointed in having to wait three days. I missed a day at work because I was told the last appointment was between 3 and 7. Tech shows up at 5 and when finished told me he had another job to go on. Seems to me I could have had a later appointment and been able to go to work and been home in time for the later appointment. You asked me for my opinion. Overall service by the teach was excellent, he did a thorough assesment of the problem and knew right away what the problem was and fixed it emmediatly. more

We receive our reminder notice to call for the annual service appointment on time. The office staff is very polite and schedules the visit convenient to our schedule. The representative is always prompt, friendly, completes the service throughly, and is considerate about being in our home. We have not had to call very often for service because of a problem, but when we have, it was scheduled promptly and the problem was solved in the same visit. more
