Review content:
Once the tech arrived everything went very well. The tech was excellent and I would not want anyone else on my job.
The response with a call back was excellent. Setting up and appontment was very timely. But having to aith three days for my repair seemed a little long. I understand that this is probably the busy time of the year but I was a little dissapointed in having to wait three days.
I missed a day at work because I was told the last appointment was between 3 and 7. Tech shows up at 5 and when finished told me he had another job to go on. Seems to me I could have had a later appointment and been able to go to work and been home in time for the later appointment.
You asked me for my opinion. Overall service by the teach was excellent, he did a thorough assesment of the problem and knew right away what the problem was and fixed it emmediatly.
