One Hour Heating & Air

We made the phone call @ 9 am, they told us they would be here between 12-4 pm, no phone call for eta nor did anyone show. I called to find out if we were going to see a tech today, and I was surprised to hear ""we are still out working"". I got a call 10 minutes later to tell me the tech was still at his last location finishing up, but he was 45 min to 1 hour away, - that's code for maybe you will see the tech and maybe you wont. more

Tonight, Thursday night before a holiday and hours before the in-laws were expected in from Florida, we arrived to a house that was 81 degrees at 7:30 pm. The air was not working! After other companies had no called-no showed we were not hopeful that we would find someone who would help us. I called One Hour Heating and Air after finding them on Citysearch. The woman who answered the phone was so kind and so helpful. She called the Technician who was willing to drive from Buford to Hiram to fix our problem. He arrived at 9:30pm and stayed until 11 pm to make sure the unit was working. Everyone I encountered was so professional, the service exceeded our expectations, and the price was so reasonable. They didnt take advantage of us because we were in a bind after hours like many companies would have. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend this company to everyone. Pros: Service, Price, Timeliness Cons: I can't think of one. more
