The complex advertises many ammenities, such as swimming pools and hot tub. The part they don't tell you is that there are major problems with the older water pipes. At least twice a month the water is turned off through out the entire complex and remains off for the majority of the day. Tenants are informed that these water shut-offs are so that necessary repairs can be made. However, I have been here for three years and have not noticed any significant resolution to the hot water shortage and the water shut-offs continue. Crime is an issue at One-Dartmouth, as well. Vehicles are broken into. My convertible had it's top cut and had lit fireworks shoved into the opening. The day i moved in, I arrived with a moving truck full of my posessions to find that my appartment was not ready to move into, contrary to the agreement which I had verified with management the day before the move. When I asked to speak with the Manager, surprise she wasn't in. Another problem is vehicle tows. One Dartmouth decided to clean their parking lot and claims to've passed out fliers advising tenants to move their vehicles. I was over-looked and did not receive a notice. They towed my car anyway. Mral of the story, when looking for an appartment in the Denver area, research management and how they handle complaints. If your appartment complex is run by a bunch of flying monkeys, don't expect your renting experience to be a possative one.
