One Call Roofing

One Call Roofing did an excellent job! From the time that I found out that I needed to get this done, Steve helped me walk through the insurance process. He made it as painless as possible. He got the options together, got the colors that I needed to pick out, and he prepared me for what could have happened when we pulled off this roof. He told me what I could expected, maybe some rotting wood for instance. He didn't hide anything. There were no hidden fees or anything. The roof went on all in one day. The cleanup was superb, and there was no hassle. The insurance company wrote him a check, and I wrote him a check. I don't know why, but there was one shingle that came up on the roof. From Start to finish they do exactly what they say they are going to do. I made one call and they repaired my chimney, replaced my roof, and painted some ceiling that were damaged due to the leaks. They knocked it out in one day. No surprises. more

One Call Roofing did a real good job on two roofs for me this week. They were there when they showed up, and did the thing in one day. I put two other jobs on them, and they did the same things. My customers were very happy with their roofs, and it all just went well. We had just had all those severe storms and weather that destroyed Alabama. There were a lot of prowlers looking to make money on that situation, so I wasn't sure who to trust. A very close friend of mine suggested I try One Call Roofing. I gave them a call and got to talking to Steve and it turned out that we had known each other from prior years in sports, so that put me at ease. Steve did everything he told me he was going to do. Any questions that came up during the process, he immediately answered. There were absolutely no surprises. You get exactly what he tells you you're going to get and it will cost exactly what he tells you it will cost. His crew was great too. They were very respectful and cleaned up after they were done.
