Communicative, timely, and reliable 3/19/2012

Once Call Roofing did my roof, my bathroom, and some work in my kitchen. I am satisfied with their service because they were here exactly when they said they would be and I was impressed how clean they make the process inside and outside my house. What struck me the most was how close they kept to their timeline on every project. I would definitely recommend them, as the prices were good and I was impressed with the way they communicated with me. They were reliable and able to complete the work without making a huge mess in a very timely matter. I would highly recommend their services. more

One Call Roofing did a great job on my roof. They showed up when they were supposed to and finished the job in two days. The workers even came in on a Saturday to finish up the job. They did an amazing job and I am absolutely satisfied. I would highly recommend them. more

Flexible, easy to work with 3/12/2012

I found One Call Roofing just by chance. I looked them up on the internet and knew they were local so decided to have them come out. They came out to see our home, did an estimate, and started working. They were very flexible and easy to work with. Our house had been hit by a tornado, and we were struggling with our insurance to cover it but One Call Roofing was really great and stuck around and worked with us and our insurance. more

Outstanding! 11/7/2011

They do a great job from start to finish. I was very pleased so I told lots of friends about them. The best thing was I referred them to a friend for her roof replacement and got a referral in the for of a 500.00 home maintainence credit. I used that to repair some rotten wood that was pulling away from my house. more

I wish when ever I needed something done around the house that it went the way my roof and painting did. No surprises. Everything they promised was delivered. They are right in line on pricing and give the best warranty of anyone that I talked too. more

They saved me money and gave me the best warranty 9/13/2011

I had several estimates for my roof replacement. I chose One call because of there A+ rating with the bbb, and there 10 year no leak warranty on there workmanship. Price was important as well, so the fact that they were priced right sealed the deal for me. They are great to work with and reccomend them to anyone. more

A breath of fresh air 9/11/2011

They did exactly as we agreed on in our contract. They show up on time, do a great job, and communicate well as to what and when things are going to be done. That is a breath of fresh air. Most of my home projects have not gone this well. I highly recommend you call One Call. more

I was very pleased 9/7/2011

Great job! Everyone in my neighborhood used them and said they were great. They did my roof, gutters, soffit repair, and interior painting. I made one call to have all that done and they did it in the amount the insurance had budgeted. Thanks One Call, I ll be sending you all my friends and family who need work. more

The best service I have ever used 9/4/2011

They did as exactly as the contract specified. No problem what so ever. They provide a quick turn around on the estimate and no long wait for them to do the work. I found it refreshing to have people do what they say they are going to do. That goes a long way with me. more

Awesome service 8/20/2011

They handle everything. The help me file a claim, met the adjuster and pointed out there findings, and put the roof on. No hastle, great communication, and very accesible. I used there homeowner maintanence credit to fix a door that would never shut properly, and repair some sheetrock. They have been working on my street for three weeks now. All the neighbors have used them. They are great guys. more

They were fantastic!! 8/3/2011

I had to to get my soffit, facia, gutters and roof done. I called One Call and they handled everything. I was expecting a headache with so much having to be done, but it turned out way better than i expected. The first day i came home and the roof was done. My yard was clean and was very happy. The next morning before I had time to call to see when they were coming to do the soffit work, they were at my house beginning that work. They finished the soffit and facia that day and the gutters the next. It couldn't have gone better. more

They are the best contractor I have used 7/30/2011

I called One Call and spoke with someone immediately. They showed up at the time scheduled and gave me estimates on several things I needed done. I chose them among others because of the ease of getting ahold of them and the quick response time of getting my quotes. They gave me an install date and showed up and finished on time. I gave them a friends number and they did there roof as well. My friend Dana was more than pleased, and One call gave me a 500.00 home maintenance credit that I used to repair the siding on my chimney. I am now giving everyone there name. more

One Call Roofing Delivers 7/17/2011

I used One Call Roofing to replace my roof and repair my soffit where it had been damaged from the storm. The insurance company did not give me enough money to fix it back the way it wa before the storm. One Call got with my adjuster, faxed in the information they needed and fixed it the way it needed to be repaired. I know people now adays companies promise the world, but fail to deliver. One call delivers! more

Amazing service 7/16/2011

I had a leak one day when it was raining. Water was coming down my inside walls and ruining the paint and sheetrock. I called the number on the website and spoke with steve on my first attempt. He came out within an hour and repaired the roof. He also fixed the sheetrock and paint that was damaged during the storm. He did all this before I had any of the other three roofing contractors even return my first phone call. more

Everyone on my street used them and reccomended them highly 7/5/2011

They did our roof in one day. I couldn't even tell they had been there. Very professional job. Very neat, and a detailed clean up. They also lived up to there name of One call. They repaired my chimney, siding, and did some exterior painting on the eves. I would definitely reccomend them. more

Great! 6/22/2011

It's hard to find someone that does what they say they're going to do, and with One Call Roofing that's what I had happen. They made man appointment with me to come out and look at my roof, told me there were be there at 2 o'clock, and there were there at 2 o'clock, when most would give some crazy range. It was just great that they showed up when they were supposed to, and they met with the adjuster when they were supposed to. They were just great! I had looked at a lot of roofing companies, checking their ratings with the Better Business Bureau, and One Call Roofing had a really good rating, so it's no surprise that I had a great experience. My next door neighbors had another roofing company do theirs, and whoever they used scratched up their siding and tore up their plants. There was no damage to my house after One Call was done. My neighbors wished they would have waited and used who we used. more

As good as advertised 6/20/2011

They came out and gave me an estimate. They scheduled me for the next week to start on a Monday at 7:00 am. They were there right on time and finished the same day as he said they would. It was kind of funny, because my neighbor started on friday from the week before and finished the day after mine was complete. They cleaned up well and you couldn't even tell they were here. They came highly recommended and after they finished I feel the same. I would recommend them for anyone. more
