On Time Experts Plumbing, Heating, Air

We recently had a heat wave hit our area and of course the AC was just what we needed. Unfortunately, my AC was not working properly. Hot, irritated, and upset that I could not find a company to get to my home that day I decided to give it one more try, and came across On Time Experts. I called and was told that they would make it happen. They came to the rescue and did a great job! Can't complain about the price either. I was impressed that they even called me to let me know when they were on their way--wow---recommend??? Without a doubt. more

So happy that I found On time Experts. I called them for a second opinion before I spent several thousand dollars with another plumber that wanted to jackhammer my floor to fix the drain. I was referred to On Time and they solved the problem in less than an hour, and under $300. The plumber knew what to do and had the right equipment to pull it off. Thanks guys... more

Being a business owner myself I always appreciate any feedback regarding my practices, so I wanted to take the time to comment on the good experience I had with this company. The plumber that came out to help us with a plumbing leak in the garage above the water heater did a great job. I was most impressed by his professional demeanor and very polite. He did a thorough job including cleaning up not only his mess, but the mess the leak had caused. I tried to give him a tip, but he would not take it. My experience with this company was one to comment on so here I go. After I was given the run a round from a different company I decided to call On Time and they were very genuine to my needs after I explained I had taken the day off work and the original plumbing company stood me up. I was given an appointment for between 1-2 and the plumber showed up 10 minutes early. He covered his shoes before he entered my house and immediately went to work on figuring out the problem on why I was not getting any hot water. He told me within 5 minutes of what he needed to do and gave me the price on what it would cost. He did a very good job, was very clean and professional and solved my problem. They were definitely the best value for my money. Had a underground line leaking in the yard. They found it, fixed it and gave me a free water pressure valve. Even my gardner did not have the sprinkler parts, but the plumber managed to trace them down and fixed that too. I am happy and the water company will be too. No leaks.. I had a company out that told me my heater could not be fixed. I called for a second opinion and On Time sent Tom over who informed me it could be fixed , but the drawbacks in doing so. It made much more sense to replace it and they gave me a great price and did a fantastic job. I am happy and wanted to share these guys can be trusted.
