I visited OTB last night with an old friend. The food is always good. I ordered the steak fajita salad, and it was super, as always. I did notice, however, that the service is either excellent, or very slow, depending on the time you go. We had slow service last night, although he was quite friendly. The restaurant is located in the ME Mall parking lot, and very easy to find, off the former exit 7. more
