Worst

They charged $400 for lifting up a bandage and telling me I needed an Emergency Room plastic surgeon. They put on a new bandaid and sent me to the ER who actually took care of me ...

Great clinic with amazing medical providers and staff. You can't find clinicians anywhere else that care about their patients from the bottom of their hearts like they do at On Call. The patient population is very diverse at this clinic, so they usually have staff who can speak other languages more

Terrible care, Questionable practices, worst place 11/7/2011

They charged $400 for lifting up a bandage and telling me I needed an Emergency Room plastic surgeon. They put on a new bandaid and sent me to the ER who actually took care of me and charged me less than they did. But the worst of it was that even though I have a cashed check and paid my part of the bill, they say they have no record of payment, sent me to a collection agency, and are not reachable by phone to correct the situation. I have left messages that are never returned, and no one answers their phone. I will NEVER go near this place again. more

Run away! 10/17/2011

Do not come here, no matter what. I was in town on vacation and came in pain with a urinary tract infection. I asked how much it would cost, they looked at my insurance card and said $50. for a co-pay. I gave a sample, went to the examination room and waited. When the doctor came in she was complaining about the technicians and the front desk clerk, saying that she could lose her license if they didn't do their jobs whereas they'd just be fired. After writing me an antibiotic prescription, said technician handed me a bag, telling me to take it to the hospital next door to be tested. Um, excuse me but isn't that YOUR job? My insurance company made a payment to them but 2 months later they send me a bill for $193. more
