My grandson was here and said that technician was very polite and did his work in a timely manner. I have never had any problems with Oliver and will continue to stay with them

They tell you something but when technitian comes the charges goes up multiple folds. over the phone I clarified 3 times they say to come and dx and do servicing on our heating sy...

I have been an Oliver Heating customer for over 25 years and have always been completely satisfied with the service and products provided. Oliver has never let me down over that time span. more

I totally agree with DisgustedCust. Rude, condescending and unresponsive. Phone staff are very polite, but there are no results. I have had ongoing problems for months now. Forget trying to get to top management. Very disappointing. Will be looking to cancel my service agreement. more

Great Company 2/23/2012

I purchased a "Living Social" coupon for a tuneup and cleaning of my furnace. Sometimes when dealing with companies using a coupon the service is not great. Not in this case! I quickly and easily made an appointment. The service technician was Todd M. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Todd M. was very professional and courteous (even wore shoe covers to keep my house clean). This visit has definitely made me a return customer. I would definitely recommend Oliver Heating and Cooling. more

Great heating and cooling company 2/22/2012

great heating and air service 9/20/2011

I had Oliver send a guy out from a coupon I got in the mail. A tall young man named Ryan Wilkenson showed up and did a great job cleaning, servicing and giving advice on my heat pump system. He was professional and courteous and didn't make a mess. I highly recommend Oliver Heating and Cooling and this technician. more

Best Experience 7/8/2011

Oliver's workmanship and customer service were outstanding! This is inclusive of telephone calls to the company, dealing with the office staff as well as the estimate process and actual work performed. I would recommend Oliver to anyone and I usually am not that trusting as I am a retired federal agent. more

Horrible 1/30/2011

They tell you something but when technitian comes the charges goes up multiple folds. over the phone I clarified 3 times they say to come and dx and do servicing on our heating system it will cost 126 dollars but the tech came he said for servicing 126 plus to come 89.90 and then to change the ignitor which actual cost is around 30 dollars, he charged 249 dollars. If you don't get the work up done by him, he will still charge 89.90, and they took the credit card information in advance. Bad company, never use them, horrible, liars. Never give credit card info in advance. Other similar companies don't take credir card info in advance more

Very Satisfied 10/14/2010

I have been associated with Oliver & Cooling for over 4 years for maintenance. Let me say I am very satisifed with the professionlism the technicians used in servicing my heater/air conditioner. Whenever they entered my home the paper boots came out not to damage my carpet all of which I appreciated. Each time the work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this to anyone needing this type of service. more

Very good service 8/18/2010

Needed service on a very hot day this summer. I had to wait about 6 hours for service as I was a new customer, but the tech was great and got my system repaired quickly. I called Oliver as my neighbor recommended them for being an honest family based company. I had used their competitor (large company) who always pushed me to buy new equipment yet told me they'd be 2 days for service when I needed them most. more

Heating and AC contractor 6/22/2010

Working with Oliver took some of the ouch out of replacing my HVAC system. My dealings have been very positive with this company from the initial contact. The sales rep explained which system would best meet my needs and responded to any follow up questions I had. The techs showed as scheduled for the installation and maintenance service. They are always courteous, professional and helpful. more

READ BEFORE YOU SIGN 10/12/2009

I never thought a company this size would sink to the low level as they have. My air went out in august they fixed it and asked if I wanted a Maintenance contract. I bought one. On the front of the Folder it CLEARLY states Heating and Air. My heat went out last week I called them when the repair person showed up and asked if want a Maint contract I said I have one. He showed me that was only for the air. I guess It's my fault I did not see the mark under Air. SHORT VERSION I was Offered my money back for the visit. I TOLD the Manager to Keep it they need it more than me. and I will get more from letting every one I know about the statement from the manager that this is what their business has come to. My question is why not open a used car lot??? There is more to the story and this was as short as I could keep it. more

Hands Down the WORST 6/29/2008

If you are looking to a Heathing or Cooling expert, please do not use Oliver Heating and Cooling. They no showed our appointment three times. When they finally did show, they sent a ""tune-up"" guy in place of a mechanic. They billed us for NOT SHOWING. Their customer service staff was kind but clueless. I doubt the manager I spoke with had an education much past 6th grade. Save your time and money and go to a reputable place who cares about their customers. I would rather sit in sweat than do buisness with Oliver. Pros: Can delete their phone number Cons: Everything from the top to the bottom of their organization more

Professional, Ethical Staff 6/11/2007

We had a new heat pump system installed by Oliver. Their prices were the best compared to 3 other companies we got quotes from. The installers were prompt and neat and did the job well. We had another contractor doing some work in the house after the heat pump was installed and they were impressed at the excellent job that the Oliver technicians did. Highly recommended! Helpful customer service and prompt response 10/3/2005

I needed to get an estimate on having my ducts cleaned and they responded quickly with a free estiate and the customer service and technicians could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend doing business with them if you need this type of service. more
