Review content:
I never thought a company this size would sink to the low level as they have. My air went out in august they fixed it and asked if I wanted a Maintenance contract. I bought one. On the front of the Folder it CLEARLY states Heating and Air. My heat went out last week I called them when the repair person showed up and asked if want a Maint contract I said I have one. He showed me that was only for the air. I guess It's my fault I did not see the mark under Air. SHORT VERSION I was Offered my money back for the visit. I TOLD the Manager to Keep it they need it more than me. and I will get more from letting every one I know about the statement from the manager that this is what their business has come to. My question is why not open a used car lot??? There is more to the story and this was as short as I could keep it.
