My husband and I eat at Olive Garden often. Every time he orders stuffed chicken marsala and I switch it up. We have never been disappointed and if they do make a mistake they are very apologetic and normally will take something off of your bill. The service is always great and the wait isn't that long, just don't go on Sunday afternoons or Saturday evenings. I will always recommend Olive Garden (don't forget to try the lemon cream cake)! more

One of the finest places in Lynchburg 11/9/2006

This place is amazing. It is hands down the nicest chain restaurant in Lynchburg. I went here tonight for my fiance's birthday and it was great. The food was, as usual, excellent. I went out on a limb and had their chicken marsala and it was the best thing that I think I have ever had there. My girlfriend swears by their chicken parmigiano and gets it every time. We are both never disappointed.The service here is always top-notch. Several trips ago, we did not receive our silverware before the salad arrived at our table. I didn't really think about it, I just asked the waiter if we could get some. He acted like I had told him that there was a mouse in the salad. He was very apologetic, returned in just a minute or two with silverware and said that he had spoken with the manager and that my entree (which was about $15) would be free to compensate us for their error (Sometimes, I think about hiding the silverware to see if they'll do that again).
