Gosh, I think my heading says it all. You know, I rarely go to chain restaurants these days, I remembered why on my recent visit here. I recall on my visit previous to my last that it took my waiter 10 minutes AFTER I was seated to acknowledge me only to say, ""I'll be right with you..."". Needless to say, I was disguested on how they expected me to wait for another...who knows when just to order food. So, I just got up and left and proceeded to talk to the manager on the way out who, obviously, argued back by saying they were busy...NOT!!! Seriously, I got there AFTER the lunch rush when the place was practically empty. Fast forward to my last visit and low and behold, NOTHING'S CHANGED!!! Although I did get to drink some water this time around while I waited another 10 minutes, the waitress proceeded to act like they were on a food shortage and out of EVERYTHING (ok, 3 items on their menu, but 3 tiems that they were out of too many). So, noting that I was starving at this point, I had to settle for a basic spaghetti n meat sauce dish...which tasted like it was thawed from the freezer and microwaved. To make things worse, the final bill contained several items that I obviously did not order (an appitizer here, glass of wine there...) Once again, angry on my way out I confronted whoever was in charge that day and...yup, it was the SAME MANAGER. Obviously she didn't remember me from our last encounter, and gave me the same lame excuse and did nothing to compensate. I had enough of this poor management so I took the liberty of writing to the District Manager on how sloppy things are at this location. Whether they read it or not is up to them. So, I guess I'm done eating at this chain Italian restaurant. I'd stick to the locals; at least they change their menus and are professionals.
Pros: cheap
Cons: ""cheap"", HORRIBLE STAFF and MANAGEMENT, no rotation in menu items, parking is too small to be shared by 2 restaurants, HORRIBLE COLD FOOD
