Entire experience was bad 1/11/2012

First of all we called the Federal Way Olive Garden to make reservations, can't be done first come first served they said. We arrived not many people in the restraunt, still took 25 minutes to be seated. Once seated we ordered our food took 25 minutes (We just ordered soup and salad, not that difficult!!!!) ONE BOWL OF SOUP!!!!, thats all he brought, no more soup or salad, we ordered endless soup and salad, and the soup came cold. About an hour went by and the waiter had the nerve to ask us if we wanted another refill on soup or salad. THE SERVERS JUST DISSAPPEARED. THAT WILL BE OUR LAST TRIP!!!!!!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Will Never Go Again! 7/12/2006

Ive not visited the Federal Way location, but the Tukwila location is not listed here, so this is the next best thing. I have been 4 times over the past several months, and each time the service has been terrible. The food .... it's ok , though not authentic. Long story short, it took 2 hours for lunch. Olive Garden @ Tukwila needs to either hire more wait staff, or better train what they have to work more efficiently. I wont be giving them another try. Pros: Food is OK Cons: SLOW, SLOW and SLOW, no reservations more

Excellent Italian Restaurant 6/1/2005

The Olive Garden is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. Their food is excellent - especially the salad and breadsticks that come with every meal. They are prompt in getting your food to the table and making sure that your drink is filled. The price is a little high but well worth the $ spent. They have large servings. Try the sauces that go with the breadsticks. They are yummy but be prepared to be full by the time you get your entre. PROS: Alfredo is the best! CONS: Price can be high more

Olive Garden 4/22/2005

The Olive Garden restaurant has really good food, and a really nice atmosphere. It is usually pretty full, and noisy. But one time we went and they sat us in a nice quiet corner, there was only a few other people near us, it was very nice. They have such a variety of different kinds of pasta and sauces. The service is always super. more

Olive Garden 4/22/2005

This probobly is not the place to go if you are not a patient person. We have had to wait for over half of an hour before we could get seated at this restaurant. It is always very busy on the weekends. Obviously that does not stop us from going. The food is excellent, and the prices are great. They have a delicious salad and the salad and bread sticks always come with your meal at no extra cost. more
