Great, Friendly service.....Kudos! 1/8/2012

It was New Year's Eve and a very busy night for the company. My cousin and I went out for the evening to enjoy our Christmas Gift Certificate. When we arrived the place was packed.(4:30). The Hostess said that it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait. So we went straight to the bar to grab a drink and spotted a table in the area. We sat down, waitress was right there (Lauren). She cleaned off the table and took our order. The service was great despite the crowded restaurant. I had a small problem with my order and told the waitress, she then in turn went to have another order made promptly for me. Then the manager (Mike) was there to apologize for the inconvenience and took care of us. A great atmosphere and good food, really good service. So thanks for a memorable New Year's Eve. more

Bartenders never heard of customer service 4/3/2011

Horrible customer service at the bar and it wasn't that busy. No welcome or hi. Just a stare and the others got "What can I get you." No eye contact whatsoever and never asked if I wanted another glass of wine when it was gone. They brought my check automatically without asking if I wanted dessert. So I did. Never asked if I wanted more coffee but instead of realizing it was gone, asked if I wanted more wine since they never cleared my glass! Lettuce was wilted and braised ribs were dry and appeared to sit under heat lamp for too long. Appetizer showed on my second bite into my salad. Very disappointed in usually great food and worst customer service I've had in a very long time. Thankfully there are a lot of restaurants in the area. Won't go back to this OG again. more

My experiences at the Olive Garden have always been delightful. The food is good, though it can be loud, busy, and you typically have a wait during lunch. more

I'll never go there again. 3/1/2008

My wife and I went to have dinner and found a pubic hair in our rolls. We were both totally grossed out. It's a scary thought to know who is handling your food. They should install security cameras to monitor the cooks. I'll never go to the Fairview Olive Garden again. more

The food is always good, the service is good, the wait can be long. I recommend the Tour of Italy for three different tastes. This is a very family friendly establishment. We eat here regularly! more
